How we document every batch.
A batch number has value only if it can be traced. This is the path each material follows from production in Switzerland until it is dispatched to your laboratory.
- 01
Certificate of analysis
Purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry, issued by an independent Swiss laboratory for each batch.
- 02
Batch record
Manufacturing date, declared content and storage conditions, tied to the number printed on the label.
- 03
Material data sheet
Sequence, molecular weight, format and laboratory handling guidance, consolidated in one place.
Analytical methods
| Method | Determines | Reported on the certificate as |
|---|---|---|
| Reversed-phase HPLCRP-HPLC | Purity | Peak area of the target compound as a percentage of total area, with the full chromatogram. |
| Mass spectrometryMS | Identity | Observed molecular mass compared with the theoretical mass of the compound. |
| Visual inspection | Appearance | Physical form and color of the material in the vial. |
| Batch traceability | Record | Batch number, manufacturing date and declared content per vial. |
What the analysis measures
- Purity (HPLC). The proportion of the sample that corresponds to the declared peptide. The full chromatogram is published, not only the resulting figure.
- Identity (mass spectrometry). Confirmation that the observed molecular mass matches the expected peptide.
- Net content. The actual quantity of material in the vial compared with the amount declared on the label.
Storage and dispatch
Lyophilized materials are stored refrigerated and protected from light until dispatch. Every order is shipped with the certificate for its batch and the corresponding storage recommendations.
Accessing certificates
Published certificates are available in the Certificates of Analysis section. If you have a vial at hand, you may also verify its batch and open its certificate directly.
