1. Accounts
Access to pricing and quote requests requires an account approved by MATTERLAB. The information provided in the application must be accurate and kept up to date. Accounts belong to the applying organization, and access may be withdrawn if these terms are breached.
2. Use of materials
All materials are intended exclusively for laboratory research, as set out in the Research Use Only Policy, which forms part of these terms.
3. Quotations and pricing
A quote request submitted through the website does not constitute a binding order. An order becomes firm only upon written confirmation by MATTERLAB. Prices may change without prior notice; confirmed orders retain the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment is arranged upon confirmation of the order. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and the carrier.
5. Liability
MATTERLAB is responsible for the conformity of the delivered material with its certificate of analysis. MATTERLAB accepts no responsibility for the use the client makes of the materials.
